Day Of The Dead 10-31

A group of community members gathered to participate in the custom of “Day of the Dead” cultural tradition. Dressed in costume, we walked to Madrid’s cemetery, chanting, playing musical instruments and carrying the names of those departed, which we wanted to honor. We ate together and celebrated the lives of those gone and loved, by reading the names and ritually burning each called in remembrance.
